Full-tang handles feature triple-riveted, POM grip panels for enhanced durability; and a uniquely curved bolster protects your fingers, while allowing you to grip the knife with the thumb and index finger on the extended tang for precision cutting control. Blades are designed with a broader curve up front to facilitate the rocking motion of Western cutting, while the straight blade back is ideal for Asian-style chopping. This block set includes knives for specific cutting tasks, as well as some general-purpose designs.
