Woodstock Chimes Zenergy Meditation Chime

Tibetan monks use small cymbals, or tingsha, to mark the beginning and end of a period of meditation. You can use your Woodstock Chimes® Zenergy® Meditation Wind Chime in much the same meditative purpose. The 2 rods have a specific tuning to nearly but not quite the same pitch. When you strike both at the same time, they produce an acoustical phenomenon known as "beating." The rods will seem to ring with the same pitch, but you will notice a distinct pulsation or rhythm in this case, approximately 12 beats per second. This soothing sound often plays an important role in meditation and healing by helping us focus and redirect our attention to the sounds within.
