Featuring a fiberglass stock and carbon fiber bedding, the Tikka® T1x UPR Bolt-Action Rimfire Rifle takes rimfire accuracy to new heights. Carbon fiber bedding surfaces enhance the rigidity of the stock, which naturally improves the rifle's accuracy. The stock is ergonomic for long-distance shooting and features a rough-tough finish for use in bad weather. Like all Tikka actions, the T1x UPR's bolt is precision-made and flawless in operation. The barrel is cold hammer-forged, producing incredibly precise rifling. Tikka barrels are hammered from all sides against the mandrel inside the barrel, transferring the mirror image of the rifling machined onto the surface of the mandrel. Cold hammer-forging gives you out-of-the-box accuracy without the need for breaking in the rifle. Moving on, the single-stage trigger provides minimal lock time to decrease the time between trigger engagement, trigger break, and impact of the firing pin. The result is excellent rifle trigger control and greater potential for accuracy.
