The Tikka® T1x MTR Rimfire Bolt-Action Rifle is an innovative and well-designed rimfire rifle, meant for serious use. The T1x MTR is outfitted with a cold-hammer forged barrel, featuring a crossover profile that offers the benefits of a heavier barrel without the extra weight. The muzzle is threaded (1/2"-28) for attaching a suppressor. The action shares the same bedding surfaces and inlay footprint with the centerfire T3x rifles; and the synthetic modular stock is compatible with most aftermarket T3x stock accessories, including interchangeable pistol grips that allow modifying the grip angle for shooting from multiple positions. The receiver features dovetailed mounts for attaching a scope, and the receiver is drilled and tapped for attaching a Picatinny rail. The T1x MTR uses a stainless steel bolt, which cycles smoothly with a 45° lift. A detachable, polymer magazine feeds reliably, and facilitates in loading and unloading the rifle. The T1x MTR Rimfire Bolt-Action Rifle utilizes a single-stage, adjustable trigger that breaks crisp and clean, allowing hunters to make quick, accurate shots under field conditions.
