Description

Originally created by John Browning and produced from 1897 to 1935, the 1886 Sporting Rifle is a legend in firearm design. The Taylor's & Company® 1886 TC86 Takedown Lever-Action Rifle brings the iconic lever gun into the modern age with modern metallurgy and enhanced features. This model features the same takedown mechanism found in the original 1892 model, making it incredibly convenient to carry into remote locations. The 16.5" half-octagonal barrel features 5/8"-24 threading and comes from the factory with a thread cap. Pistol-grip walnut stock and forend. Fiber-optic front sight and integrated Skinner peep sight with Weaver rail for easy optics attachment. Case-hardened steel receiver.
