Made to cut swiftly, yet still leave a clean, smooth surface, this high performance saw features full tang construction to eliminate stress and breakage while you prune and trim. Tapered from the tooth tip to the back spine for reduced resistance and easier cutting, the curved 16.5" Ono Japan NKS85 steel saw blade features 4 cutting angles along the length of the blade to deliver a super clean cut. These advanced teeth also utilize Silky MIRAI-ME (Smooth Cutting) Technology that creates a harder edge and stays sharp about three times longer than nonhardened teeth. Built to cuts on the pull stoke for maximum control and ergonomic advantage, this saw also features a chrome finished slip guard in front of the grooved rubber handle to protect against accidental cuts and jabs.
