Osprey Rook 50L Trail Backpack

A straightforward trail pack designed to make backpacking as easy as possible, the Osprey® Rook 50L Backpack offers lightweight backpacking performance with an ideal fit. A lightweight and tough design, this pack works great for overnight and weekend trips on the trail. Built around an injection-molded ladder lock torso adjustment system for a custom fit and alignment, the Rook 50 offers 4" of torso adjustability for superior comfort and stability. An advanced AirSpeed® Suspension system starts with a 4mm LightWire peripheral frame to transfers the load from the harness to hip belt for a more comfortable carry. This supportive system combines a breathable 3D-tensioned mesh AirSpeed back panel, soft, edgeless, spacer mesh-covered padded harness and hip belt, dual upper and lower side compression straps, and adjustable sternum strap with rescue whistle. A fixed top lid with zippered pocket opens to the pack's 3,051 cu. in. of space for gear. The pack's zippered sleeping bag compartment with floating divider and removable sleeping pad straps make it easy to maximize its carrying capacity even more. An integrated rain cover protects the pack's main compartment in nasty weather and stows back in its own pocket when the sun returns. Hydration-compatible design features an internal reservoir sleeve (reservoir not included). 2 side stretch-mesh pockets and 2 hip-belt zip pockets offer easy access to vital gear. bluesign®-certified pack is made of bluesign-approved recycled 600-denier polyester and 210-denier nylon fabrics with durable water-resistant (DWR) treatments.
