The Malone Telos™ XL Load Assist makes loading and unloading your kayak safer and easier than ever. Designed to temporarily attach to J-style (DownLoader) and V-style (SeaWing) carriers, this lift-assist system provides a controlled vertical lift, positioning your kayak perfectly for easy loading into its carrier. Self-locking vertical ratchets ensure a secure and stable lift, while fully padded steel cradles protect your kayak from damage. The adjustable bottom extensions with pivoting feet prevent contact with your vehicle's sheet metal, safeguarding your car during the loading process. For added convenience, the quick-release detachment system allows you to transfer the Telos™ XL to the other side of the vehicle to load a second kayak or store it in the trunk for easy access when unloading later. With a 75-lb. load capacity, this system accommodates a wide range of kayaks, and its lightweight 19-lb. design makes it easy to handle.
