The larger pot comes with both a punched aluminum basket for large boils and a turkey rack and lifting hook for handling a hot turkey safely. The 10-qt. pot comes with an aluminum frying basket with heat-resistant handle for safe handling. Cooker's adjustable regulator also features a handy battery-operated timer to help you stay on top of frying time.
