Hi Mountain Jerky Board and Knife

Hi Mountain® Jerky Board and Knife package gives you everything you need to start cutting your game like a jerky master. The jerky cutting board features 2 cutting depths, 1/4" and 3/8", so you can cut your jerky to exacting thicknesses. One side has a textured surface, which grips meat, tenderizes, and helps seasonings penetrate meat. The other side is flat, so you can strip-cut meat after slabs are cut. The board also boasts a carry handle, ridges that keep liquid away from meat and nonslip rubber feet. The included jerky knife has a 13.5" high-carbon 420 stainless steel blade that's sharp enough to make short work of all kinds of meat. The rubberized, easy-grip, ergonomic handle puts you in control of every slice.
