With capable cooking heat provided by its 2 heavy-duty 10,000 BTU cast iron burners, this smoker offers the power to deliver delicious smoked meats through cold or warm weather. The double-door design includes a smaller bottom door for access to the heavy-gauge porcelain-enameled steel wood chip box and high-capacity water bowl without losing the heat and smoke in the smoking chamber. Offering 1,904 sq. in. of cooking area over 6 cooking grates, this 43"-wide smoker offers lots of cooking space along a height-adjustable grate design to accommodate different food sizes and shapes. Pre-installed sausage hooks and a removable rib rack offer additional smoking flexibility.
