Thanks to its molded-in UV-inhibitors and fungicides, the Dock Edge Polyethylene Stand Off Flip-Up dock ladder will not fade, crack, or corrode. In other words, it's built to stand up to outdoor conditions. The rails stand 20.5" above the dock. The ladder's first step, in a downward position, is 12.5" below the dock's surface.
