Utilizing 80/20 F650 Duck Down insulation in the top and an ultra-lightweight synthetic insulation in the bottom, the Instinct Alaskan provides maximum insulation for cold winter camping. Vertical baffles distribute body warmth from end to end, rather than side to side like traditional designs, so body heat travels from your warmer upper body to your lower body. An optimized center baffle in the middle maximizes this end-to-end heat transfer for maximized warmth throughout. Controlled fill channels hold the bag's insulation in place to prevent shifting and cold spots. The result is fewer baffles and maximized warmth without the weight. Side-wall rectangular construction creates a roomier sleep area for a comfortable night's sleep. Combining a tough 30-denier polyester ripstop top and 75-denier polyester ripstop bottom, this ultra-tough, long-lasting bag features a smooth, brushed 75-denier polyester pongee lining to give campers a soft sleep surface.
