The Benelli M2 Field also features an updated bolt, which offers smoother, quieter operation and enhanced strength for even more cycling reliability than ever before. As always, the M2 operates with Benelli's field-proven, ultra-reliable Inertia-Driven System, which cycles everything from 2-3/4" target loads to 3" magnums without adjustments. The stock and forend continue to feature AirTouch checkering patterns for maximum shooting control in rainy, wet weather. This version comes standard with a Crio® barrel and choke tubes. These cryogenically treated barrels deliver denser shot patterns with up to 13.2% more pellets on target. The Crio® choke tubes extend into the barrel deeper than standard tubes, producing tight, uniform shot patterns. The M2 Field from Benelli has a matte finished barrel, lightweight ventilated stepped rib, and a red bar front sight and mid bead.
