Van Staal X2 Series Spinning Reel - Black - VSB50BX2

The benchmark for reliability for 30 years, the Van Staal® X2 Series Spinning Reel maximizes your ability to take on the toughest fish in the sea. This is No Limitations fishing in its utmost expression – a smaller and faster, more powerful reel made for rigorous assignments, both inshore and offshore. Van Staal's classic foundation of simplicity and functionality are well represented here; the new unibody and stem design is fully sealed against saltwater intrusion, and crafted of rugged 6061 machined aluminum for exceptional strength with minimal weight. The Powergrip extended handle and drag knobs add increased cranking power and drag pressure for handling large fish on braided line. Titanium main shaft with stainless steel spiral-beveled gearing; oversized clutch for eye-crossing hooksets.
