Shimano GLF B Series Inshore Casting Rod - 6'6" - Medium

For wading the Gulf Coast flats, this is your rod. The Shimano® GLF B Series Inshore Casting Rod is built especially for the challenges of making long casts, working light lures, delivering powerful hooksets, and fighting strong fish. Every model features Shimano's advanced DIAFLASH technology, which adds diagonally-wrapped carbon tape through the butt section, to form an array of "X" shapes that greatly increase the load strength while eliminating twist. The tip section boasts a moderate-fast action, delivering greater castability for all baits and conditions, plus the forgiveness needed to prevent pulled hooks from soft-mouthed trout. Fitted with a premium titanium-oxide guide train, a Shimano custom reel seat, and a shortened split-grip handle with hybrid EVA/rubber cork grips.
