The Midland® Micro Mobile and GMRS Handheld Radio System is a complete radio communication set, combining the micro mobile 15-Watt GMRS radio with 8 repeater channels, weather, and magnetic mount antenna and the portable 36-mile 50-channel GMRS 2-way radio in one package. The Midland MXT115 Mobile GMRS 2-Way Radio features 15 GMRS channels and includes the NOAA weather channels with weather scan and alert. For extended range, it has 15 Watts of transmit power and includes 8 repeater channels. There's also a USB connection to charge mobile devices. It offers the ability to talk to other Midland and most other GMRS 2-way (walkie-talkie) radios on the full-power GMRS Channels 1-7 and 15-22. The mobile unit also features 142 privacy codes, channel scan, programmable squelch, silent operation, flip frame design to install on or under dash, and high-contrast backlit LCD display. The micro mobile is great for road trips, RVs, ATV/UTV activities, and on the farm. The MXT115 includes the flip frame detachable mount, a microphone with holder, external magnet mount antenna, and 12-Volt power cord with car adaptor. Group Call allows you to make "direct calls" to other people within the group without alerting the entire group. The radios meet the JIS4 standards for exposure to heavy rain for 30 minutes, and feature the maximum power allowed for GMRS handheld radios for up to a 36-mile range. The GXT1000VP4 features the standard 22 GMRS channels plus an additional 28 channels. Additional features include vibrating alert, 9 level E Vox for hands-free operation, 142 privacy codes, scan, High/Medium/Low power settings, 10 call alerts, and battery save circuit.
