This is by far my favorite drop shot bait. The 4" size will catch bass all year long in 1-25' depths. The clearer the water the better. I like watermelon/ green pumpkin in day/bright conditions w/ the tail dipped in chartruese garlic dye, and purple/dark colors in overcast or eve/night fishing.

These work great as a trailer for a buzz bait or spinner bait. I belive its no coincidence that when i use one of these as a trailer I catch more and bigger fish.
