No shape and not true to size

I ordered this in medium for my 5'4" 130lb size 6-8 wife for Xmas. While the quality seems good it was way too big for her. I returned it and exchanged for a small which was also too big and had no shape. Maybe it's okay as strictly technical gear but if you want to wear it around town look elsewhere. It screams Mom who doesn't care how she looks. Hand warmer pockets are very small.
