my new favorite overshirt

This is amazingly warm and I love the hood. I layer it with a t-shirt and undershirt below and a jacket/windbreaker above. It's now my warmest mid-layer. The front pocket is really handy for keeping my hands work or stashing tissues or keys. It is a bit tight pulling it on, so I always have to unbutton all of the front buttons first. But once it's on it fits fine. It's also long enough to cover the top of my pants (no cold air sneaking in).

After reading mixed reviews I ordered a black in XL. I would normally order L for a roomy fit. I love it, size is no issue and neither is construction. Price was great too.

Love This Hoodie!

I received this hoodie as a Christmas present and I absolutely love it! No problems with the construction, color or fit. The claret color is beautiful! I weigh 128 (smaller bust) and the medium fits perfectly. I haven't washed it yet but I've checked the seams and they appear to be well sewn. The word "Avalanche" is now on the sleeve instead of the pocket, so I'm guessing they fixed the seam problem that some customers are reporting and they changed the labeling at the same time. I'm waiting for it to drop a little more in price and then I'm ordering the blue.

Misrepresented button colors

Got this off my Christmas wish list, had picked out online. Was really disappointed to see that instead of the tortoise-shell buttons shown in the image, the blue version came with blue & white marbled buttons that just looked cheap in my opinion.
If you look online all versions of this jacket show brown buttons - very misleading in my opinion. I also see other reviews stating issues with the seams and because of that I will probably get a different jacket altogether.
