Wide and short...

I gave this sweatshirt a 2 star review only because the lace and color was very pretty (mine was in the color buttermilk.) The problem was it was way too short and wide. I got a medium, which is the size I usally wear and it was huge! I thought of getting a small..but even if it fit in the width I know it'd still be way too short. The proportion is just not good. Even if you are on the shorter side (I am 5'6") I think you would find it very wide. You need a smaller size than usual to fit in the width but then its even shorter because you bought a smaller size! I got a similar hoodie before with the lace that fit great..wish they still had it! Will be returning this item.

Lace disintegrates

I loved this as a shirt or jacket until the cotton lace started falling apart and tearing off. Upon closer inspection, it looks like this was a sweatshirt that had the zipper put in wrong then lace and trim was added to cover that up. If they had used decent trim, it would be a good product.

this is just WAY too big. i know it says relaxed fit and i read the reviews, so i ordered a 1x when i normally would get a 2x for a loose, comfortable fit-and it's still too big...it almost wraps around me twice!!!.....not warm at all and not very thick....it doesn't look at all dressy because of how baggy it is....the material is neither a sweater nor fleece-just slightly thick cotton (although when i searched sweaters, this came up)...the pockets are not sewn in and hang down below the hem, which is completely unstructured....love the lace detail and the colors are fantastic (looks kind of pigment dyed on the brown), but the fit is just too sloppy, even for me (and i usually love that)....for as big as it is, it seems like the sleeves are too small!!!
