These socks are so soft and cozy, like a warm soothing hug for your feet. I have only worn them a couple of times, but it seems like my feet aren't as dry and cracked as they were. I wish they were a little higher, but I am not complaining. They are not so thick that you can't wear your slippers, which is great. I think you should still use lotion on your feet, but the aloe just lends another layer of protection.
