Nice Parka!
Date:
First off, the sizing is VERY GENEROUS. Do not order a larger size than what you normally wear.
I am normally size 18 bordering 20. Ordered an XL and the optional fleece liner. There is still plenty of room underneath for an extra layering piece or two.
Parka itself is quite sturdy. This is NOT a flimsy lightweight "packable" parka. Front closure is zip with a velcro over flap. Sleeves can be tightened with a velcro strap.
Fleece liner is nice and warm. There are anchor provisions at the sleeve ends on both the liner and parka so the sleeves do not ride up . Style is nice enough for the liner to be used as a light but warm jacket by itself.
I have no doubt the combo can cover 3 seasons with ease. 3 1/2 depending on where you live. I would trust the combo for a day out shopping in 30-ish weather.

Great versatile jacket
Date:
My wife purchased this jacket along with the fleece liner. She LOVES it. She bought it for our trips to the coast. Because of the Gore-Tex, liner and hood it can be worn in all types of weather...wind, rain, cold, cool. Plus without the liner it is light enough for her to tie it around her waist for those sunny day walks along the water that can possibly turn bad. Because we all know how tempermental coastal weather is!

very pleased with purchase
Date:
Parka is sturdy and well made. I have had it for about a month and it has performed well in the cold Nov. rains. I like that it is not over loaded with pit zips and little pockets. It has 4 roomy pockets with zippers - 2 hand warmer pockets, 1 exterior chest pocket, and 1 inteior chest pocket. The exterior chest pocket is particularly handy and easliy accessible. Also it has adjustment for both height and depth of the hood. The roominess of this parka accommodates my wool sweaters which makes it perfect for winter sports. I love it.

Disappointed
Date:
I've bought this jacket recently in the sales period. It turned out that it leaks on the back seams and gets wet, even during a small rain. Apparently, somewhere there is a defect in gluing of seams. Thus, in spite of the GORE-TEX, this jacket is not suitable for raining weather. It is a pity!
