Functional jacket

Not a bad jacket for the price. I wanted something that's windproof and water-resistant, and it is. It's well made, and the zippered pockets are a big plus. Cons: there's no drawcord at the hem, and so the wind can come up that way; the sleeves also are open (no Velcro, no elastic). Also, it makes a slight rubbing noise as I walk. But all in all, it's a good value. Fits pretty true to size--I wear a size 12 jacket and the L fits nicely.
