I have been looking for a shooting vest designed to fit women for a very long time. The men's vests are a little too long and the waist hits low on me, so I have used a belt pouch for years.
This vest fit great, I was so excited till I started to notice the lack of features that are always included on the men's shooting vests. No place for extra shells. only two pockets, one on each side, not the double pockets on each side that the men's vests have. Typically I like to have my box of shells and the empty pocket all on one side so I can load and unload with one hand.
A few little improvements and attention to detail would make this a great shooting vest for women. The Sporter II vest only added a mesh pocket in the back, which I personally don't care to use for empty shells.
I would like the manufacturers to know that they don't have to make things PINK to appeal to women, they just need to design them to fit women and make the items practical for the sport.
