Ideal for summer day hikes, light backpacking or everyday wear, these boots are built to keep your feet happy all day long. 100% waterproof Dry-Plus® lining and a moisture-wicking interior keep your feet dry. Leather uppers with nylon side panels result in light weight while affording support and protection from trail hazards. Die-cut EVA midsoles combined with Cabela’s removable polyurethane footbeds ensure lasting comfort. Additional padding in the collar and tongue.

Great hiking boots!

I used these boots everyday for 3 consecutive wks in the jungles of Costa Rica. They were wonderful! No blisters or aches and I didn't have to break them in. They kept my feet dry for the most part, even walking through large puddles and muddy terrain. The only time they got wet was when my group and I got caught in an extremely heavy downpour and were walking through 2 foot streams. I would recommend these along with quick-dry socks. Very good fit and lighter than many other hiking shoes. They were very comfortable from the beginning, out of the box, and continue to stay comfortable after heavy use.

Good solid waterproof boot

I bought these boots to use archery elk hunting. They were great ! My feet remained dry and that is important while sitting in my tree stand. They were comfortable and did not need much of a break in period. The reason I marked them 4 stars instead of 5 is the laces broke before the season ended so had to put leather laces in. Also after wearing them every day they seemed to get a bit ragged where the green mesh meets the seam. Making them look like I had been wearing them for a lot longer. It did not seem to affect the water proofing at all. I plan on purchasing another pair to have on hand in case Cabelas stops stocking them.

Hiked up a steep, rocky mountain in the rain with these the first time I wore them. Did loose my footing once or twice, but I don't think it was the boots as much as me! My feet stayed dry, and I didn't have any blisters! I wore them till I went to bed that night. I love these boots!
