Comfortable, but disappointed

I was super excited for these tights because they would allow me to wear another pair of long johns, if need be, under my sweat pants for work. I got an XL because my rear is pretty end is pretty big, even though my waist and calves are much smaller proportionately. These tights fit perfectly over my legs, tight but not too tight, and they fit pretty well over my rear end, but the waist was huge. I'm hesitant to buy a smaller size since the leg part fits so well, but I'll have to pin the waist or something. I'd still recommend them as I really do like them, but be prepared to check a couple sizes if you have curvy hips.
