The Plow Wear Bars allow you to replace your old, worn-out wear bar and protect your plow from damage caused by highly abrasive surfaces.
Available: 48", 60".
Bolted right into place. I don't what I do different but I get more use out of one than some of the reviews I've seen. I plow quite a bit of snow each time. I have a double driveway Plus single drive and 12 x 65 parking on the side. Also plow about 1,000 ft of sidewalk.
We all kinda have to buy the replacement blade but either weld or have welded the blade edge with a hardening rod/wire. the skids are worthless and that seems to help the blade hold up really well for a lil extra time/money. Stay warm!
the warn snowplow is the greatest. no amount of snow is to much to handle the only bad thing is the wear bar wears down way to fast. i flowed 5 snowstorms this season and already need to replace it. if i may make a suggestion. make it thicker so it lasts longer. other than that great product
while this wear bar is good, it wears- down after two- three uses on the ends. I've used skid plates to stop the aggression, but they either are to high causing wear or to low, which doesn't get all of the snow. It over-all is a average product and a must.
