Excellent traction and value.
Date:
I used these chains while climbing trails on my Polaris 550 in Colorado last weekend. I was stuck in the snow and was going no further until I put these chains on the rear of my atv. Even without chains on the front, I made it up a difficult, snowy, icy trail. The only complaint I have is not actually about the chains, but about the tensioners. The little hooks at the ends of the springs which attach to the tire chains have a high tendency of falling off while putting the tensioners on and taking them off. They worked fine and stayed in place while riding. Luckly the place I put the chains on my atv was bare ground, so I could easily find the hooks when they fell off during installation/removal of the tensioners. I fully intend to buy a set of chains for the front of my ATV now. The v bars really dig through the snow and bite into the ice.
