Varied Lengths

I ordered 13 valances and liked them very much until I tried to hang them. The lengths varied on all of them by as much as 1 to 2 inches. It was very difficult to match two that were similar lengths so they could be hung as a pair. What should have been an easy project turned into a nightmare trying to pair similar lengths together.
