Its unique C-channel design guarantees superior towing strength. It features a welded-on 2" ball on a 3" rise to eliminate trailer-tongue interference, reinforced tow loop/tie-down point and a clevis-pin hole. Hitch pin included. Rugged black coating.
Sizes: 1-1/4" receiver, 2" receiver.
I love this hitch. the other reviews say the ball is to high but that is what i like about it. If the ball was lower the trailer would not be level. The pin hitch is low and that is also perfect because my lawn trailer is lower than my trailers with a ball hitch. I use this on my 2012 Outlander 800 and it is perfect. it couldnt be better for me.
The problem is that it sets too far under the muffler and there isn't room to connect the trailer on the ball. The lock on the coupler, when in the the up position, will not allow you to slide the trailer in, set it on the ball and then lock it down. The bottom line is that this will NOT work on the 2012 Polaris Touring. Other than that, it looked like a well-made, strong ball mount.
Thought that this was going to be a good, all-around towing device. Wrong !! The 2" ball is way oversize, and will not fit either trailer that I tried it on. One trailer wouldn't fit down on th ball at all. The other slid down on the ball, but you couldn't latch it. I could probably adjust the latch on these trailers, but then they would be loose on my other ball mounts. I may have to cut off the ball, and weld another correctly sized ball on the hitch.
I think this is a great hitch due to its versatility but it does not fit the Kawasaki Mule 3010. The hitch does not slide in far enough for the holes to line up so you can put the pin in. Very disappointing because this htich has everything you would need.
