These little nymphs have proven very effective here in middle Tennessee. Whether I'm lookin for browns or rainbows, these flies work great in early summer.

Gold Bead Prince Nymph is fly Royalty.

In the churning freestone rivers and streams of Washington State you need a "go to fly" that will match the different water conditions. The Gold Bead Prince Nymph does just that. Fished alone in clear conditions the fly is a realistic silhouette that sinks well. When the water runs high and cloudy, the fly still gets down to the zone with attention getting flash. I use this fly above all other nymphs, and always have confidence in it to produce strikes.
