This dvd is very informative!!! From the differences between calls, how to hold the call, how to blow the call, and the how to call, and when to call. This also explains why this is so important. The dvd also shows actual geese making the notes and shows/explains how to mimic those same sounds. I would highly recommend this dvd. I also purchased the 'Bad Grammer' cd. I watch / practice with the dvd at home and while driving around, practice with the cd. It seems a lot faster to learn with combing the two.

Excellent Goose Calling Instructional DVD

I have been waterfowl hunting for 33 years. Gave up the flute call about 10 years ago and went to a short reed. Bought and borrowed many short reed instructional calling DVD\u2019s and listened to advice from fellow hunters. Heard all of the words that you were supposed to use or say into the call and spent a lot of time practicing basically the honk & a comeback type call. Never was satisfied with my short reed calling and found myself going back and forth to my flute call. A few years ago I bought the Bad Grammer DVD. I followed the advice given and threw everything I thought I knew about short reed calling out the window and started all over from scratch. I immediately started making better sounds on my short reed which made practicing exciting and left me wanting to practice much more often. The first summer I should have worn this DVD out as many times as I used it. My goose calling improved a ton. Now instead of making a just a honk and a sort of comeback call I use 9 different goose vocal s and mix them together with ease. But just as important as learning to make the different goose sounds, this DVD really drives home the different sounds that a goose makes, why they make them, when they make them and how you can use them. Scott T. presents the information on this DVD in an awesome & exciting way. Shortly after purchasing the DVD, I chose to purchase two quality TG calls. Between what I have learned from this DVD and my TG calls I have a lot more confidence which makes hunting even more fun & exciting and I still enjoy practicing my calling on and off season.
