I have a 16' foot john boat that is extremely wide and, also has a console. Therefore, I had to fabricate my own pop-up blind frame to accommodate these diferences as, the Avery frame is....essentially built for a rectangular set-up.
I was pleasantly suprised with both the quality of the QUICK SET Blind material/wind screen and, the features that they have incorporated into both.
It fits great on my frame, looks extremely professional and, is highly functional for nasty weather.
If, anyone is thinking about making their own frame also...........suggest that you seriously conside purchasing Avery's instead.............as when you conside the time and materials, versus buying their frame........Your time will be better spent by purchasing the Avery Unit.
I bought this Camo Net to replace another net that did not meet the color of the surrounding marsh I hunt in. The previous Avery camo had a fine mesh on the back of the die cut material. This camo net does not and the net die cut material catches on everything on the frame as you raise or lower it. The material has some shine to it and needed to be slightly muddied to neutralize it. The one redeeming thing was the camo has surface square netting to the outside that allows other camo material to be easily attached with cable ties. If this net lasts two seasons I will be surprised. This product is not as good as the original camo net that came with the Avery blind.
This was advertised as the camo material and windblocker kit. I received only the camo netting when both were advertised all over the site. Other than that, the (camo) material seemed very strong and durable.
