    Awesome portable blind

You should read all the reviews, as I did, before purchasing. Absolutely replace plastic wire ties and all bolts, nuts and washers with stainless steel; it doesn't cost much and is worth it. Dont stretch your grass mats; keep them busy, you will have more than enough matting. I used the two leftover mats by backing them with the screen mesh, tying in a 1/2" pvc pole near the top for support and using as extra cover for bow and stern. The more plastic ties you use, the better you will like the result. You are going to have to cut 3 or 4 metal support bars, and drill a few holes, to make the blind fit your boat; so understand that before you order. The instructions could be better, but use the pictures on line and you will do fine. It's a great blind, and worth every bit of the time and work

    Needs much work
    Date:
I bought this blind at the beginning of the 2011 waterfowl season. It was put on a 2003 15ft polar kraft. I washed my boat and blind after each hunt (Texas saltwalter marsh hunting) and before the 90 day return period was up the hardware for the blind, nuts, bolts, washers, and clamps to hold on the boat had rusted so bad it looked like it would not make it to the end of the duck season with out falling apart. The clamps holding the blind on the boat were rusted so badly that I could barely screw them on and off, it would be a matter of time before they would be rusted shut.
-The overall shape and style of the blind did work, cabelas needs to offer a marinized version for saltwater use.

    TERRIBLE QUALITY
    Date:
Purchased the blind and mesh. The blind came out of the box with rust starting , paint missing and parts missing. The directions are horrible and alot of cutting and drilling needs to be done. I put the blind on a 15' Klamath. I used the Cabelas windscreen and the Avery camo netting, which thankfully was very quick and easy to install. Once it was all put together it looked nice, but I don't expect it to last long. IT IS WAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR WHAT YOU GET!!

too much $$$ for this blind.
    Date:
Great Blind for the boat; when receive the blind, one of the clip didn't work properly. Instruction is very poor quality and the picture doesn't help; your are on your own for most of time through the installation. . Overall great blind but too much $$$ for this blind. Would have give a 5 stars if it didn't cost this much.
