These are hollow plastic (looks like a cookie cutter from the underside) and the only rigid part is the place where it should be flexible (barrel slot). When received, the pieces (including screws) were loose and I suspect it was because it was a return. I should have returned mine, but it wasn't worth the time to do so.

Dad bought these for his blind to keep everyone safe. Problem is they cracked the second time we used them in the cold.....Junk! must be made to hunt in the south cause they don't hold up in New York!
