Aqua Seal is the best adhesive that I have found to use on neoprene waders. I have had good results on leather boots too.

I put a 1x1 inch L shaped tear right above the boot of my 5mm waders. The tear was 90% through the neoprene. This product made a permanant repair in one coat. Easy to use. Highly recommended.

I find it difficult to nit-pick about every sagebrush, tree branch, seemingly sharp rock or any other snag. When I am duck hunting, whether it is the first of September, or the last week of December, I am always in my waders. I do not worry anymore about ripping my waders; it happens. Aquaseal is the best product I have ever found for completely sealing any large or minor hole in neoprene. It is not a tape. Aquaseal actually becomes part of the product. I have used Aquaseal for years. I have used it my float tube, waders and even the boots on my duck hunting waders. I have never had any problem whatsoever.
