What are customer ratings & reviews?

Our customers rate products they have purchased on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is poor and 5 is excellent. In addition, they write a short review that shares their experience using the product. Customer ratings and reviews are posted to our web site to help customers choose the best product that meets their needs.

Reviews are not displayed if personal information is included, such as full name, telephone number, e-mail address, information about other companies and web sites or pricing information.

Approved ratings & reviews are posted to the site within 72 hours.

Where do I go to read reviews?

Navigate to a product page and look below the product image. If the product has been reviewed by customers, it will display the "Overall Customer Rating:" and the number of reviews in parentheses after the "Read Reviews" link. If the product has not been reviewed, it will display a link to "Be the first to write a review!" See examples below:

What does the rating mean?

Based on a customer's individual experience using a product, they rate it using the following scale:

The star and number rating shown below the product image is the average rating of all reviews submitted for that product. For example, if three customers gave a product a 3 star rating and another three gave the same product a 5 star rating, the total rating would be 3,3,3,5,5,5 which adds up to 24. This total divided by six reviews = 4 stars.
