While you're off-road, this high-strength steel gun rack will securely hold your firearms in place. The included flat base plate requires only 6" x 6" of mounting surface. The removable rack has 70° of tilt and can be assembled in numerous ways to fit most applications. Holds two rifles or shotguns that can be removed from side to side or from the rear. Flexible, neoprene-covered aluminum hooks bend to custom-fit any gun. Includes all mounting hardware.

After some time on backorder, I got the rack in. It took some time putting into the truck and had to use some other bolts that were not included. I placed this into an F250 and it was hard to reach up around the transmission to place the hardware onto the other end of the bolt and this will be a two person job. Once I got it installed, the rifle fit but just barely. My main rifle is a Ruger Mark II 22-250 target and has a 26" barrel and weighs around 10 lbs. The rack did not seem to hold very well but after some modification, I was able to get the rack to hold tight. I have not used it much with a rifle or shotgun riding in the rack but seem to be impressed by the purchase.

I have it mounted in my jeep. It's always solid and the guns do not get banged around. Only draw back is over time the blueing does where off the barrel where it sits/rubs in the rubber mounts. A bit of electrical tape around the barrel solves that problem.
