Didn't fit my bench seat 1985 hunting truck

This is a well constructed, clearly instructed, rifle rack that probably fits well in a number of trucks. I tried to use it in my 1985 Chevy truck (which my wife affectionately calls "His Rust Bucket"), but the bench seat - to accommodate my long legs - is all the way back and the rack has no room so the "umbrella handle" curve that attaches to the seat back gets constantly torqued sideways thereby pushing the edge into my back. I think you need a truck with more room behind the seat back and the metal back of the cab. Again, well constructed with great instructions, just not a fit for my old hunting/farm truck.

I jave a 1988 K2500 with a bench seat. I put it in and it fell off a couple times. It is very generic. I wouldn't have bought it if I wasn't drinking.

Good product, easy to bend for use in different vehicles. I purchased it for use in my Jeep Wrangler and it works great.
