Lyman 1200 PRO Turbo Tumbler

The world’s most popular brass cleaning and polishing systems. Nearly twice as fast as old-style rotating-barrel tumblers, their unique design allows media to constantly swirl around fully immersed cases. High-speed, agitated motion cleans and polishes every case. Inspect cases without stopping the cleaning operation.
The 1200 Pro Turbo Tumbler is Lyman’s best selling tumbler. The extra-large bowl has a built-in sifter lid for fast, easy separating of brass and media when tumbling is finished. Holds 2 lbs. of media and will clean up to 350 cases per cycle.

Does the Job
Date:
This product does the job. It has a decent capacity, it is quiet and it cleans my brass very well. I use walnut media for a couple of hours and then change to corn cob with a bit of polish to finish the job.

Solid purchase
Date:
This has been an excellent addition to my reloading bench. I have not used others, so have nothing to compare it too but it works well, is not overly loud (it makes plenty of noise but nothing unbearable), and gets the job done. I have not reached its "max capacity", and I do 200+ 45 casings at a time. There is one minor thing though, it sometimes walks (maybe I am not loading right?) but that can be fixed with a drill and a couple screws. Lastly, I cannot speak to its longevity since I have only had it for a couple months. If you are on the fence about getting a tumbler, I would highly recommend getting one, since polished brass tends to feed better.
