Not bad for the price, but this powder measure will leave a huge mess on your loading bench when loading fine grain powders. It leaks quite a bit, and no matter what I've tried to do to fix this, (per Lee's instructions) nothing has worked. So if you can live with the mess it makes from leakage when using the pistol/revolver type powders, then it's a pretty good tool.
