Was a great little lure to use in private pond. I bought this lure for the kids to use. The used it all day. It caught bass, crappie, and even some larger perch. Made the kids happy to catch so many fish. Good lure.

jigging tube

a slow jigging of this life like tube in weed beds and grass flats works very well. i catch mostly large rainbow trout with these, but have catch bigger perch,ave. size pike, and some smaller bass.

Poorly made and no response from customer service

These little baits looked great in the package, but when I opened them I found the tails weren't cut properly so instead of little strands waving around as you work the lure, you have a lump of plastic just dragging behind it.
I emailed the company asking for a replacement and never got a response.
I really did like the look of these and the plastic is nice and soft so I imagine fish would hold on for a bit.
But since Northland's customer service is non-responsive I won't buy their brand of any thing again.

this bait works nice for Crappies

We have been using these down in South La. where the water is often stained and/or cloudy, and have had great sucess with crappie as well as panfish.
