I've been looking for a way to secure long loads for my Ranger pickup and this net does the job. I hauled 2x6 x 12 foot lumber for a deck and this net worked perfeclty. Also use it when hauling the 10 foot long kayaks. Works best with loads that are the same width as the net. If the load is narrow, the net will inflate like a parachute, but the mesh allows the air to flow right through.
