Stingray speed caps

You don't need the speed caps when you purchase the Stingray XRIII hrdrofoil. It comes with speedcaps! I was under the impression that they were accessories that needed to be ordered and I even talked to a product tech. I don't believe that the performance of the XRIII would suffer without the speedcaps at all. The speedcaps cover an assembly nut and bolt. It has nothing to do with performance or "speed"-only looks and that is when the outdrive is out of the water or the boat is on your trailer.
