The small 2-1/2' Flatfish are great for bass. Slow Trolling them or cast, it doesnt matter cuz the bass just love em

I use this trolling for salmon, togue and smallies. Casting for smallies during the spawn can be non stop action. Great lure.

Excellent for Smallies

Bought these for Largemouth fishing but decided to throw the black with orange spots in my tackle box for a trip to the river for Smallmouth fishing. They absolutely went insane for this lure. Many were striking as soon as it hit the water or with the first movement. The action under the surface when reeled slow is awesome. Took my biggest Smallies of the year from their deep hidey holes and they would whack it hard.
