No Line Twist!
Date:
I use this rudder with T-Man trolling tubes off of my kayak for striped bass. Very effective at avoiding line twist. Because of its thin profile it is virtually snag free as well so there is no fouling with weeds as you try to stay just off the bottom.

Works awesome in Hawaii too!
Date:
I used these when trolling live bait, and dead bait to keep the bait from twisting up the lines. They work great on a slow troll behind a kayak. I use the smaller size for trooling in protected waters for 'Awa'awa (Tenpounder), Kaku (Barracuda), and Papio (Trevally). Works great and I feel it increases bites by drawing in curious predators which then see the following bait and attacks. I'll try the larger size ones next outside the reef for pelagics my next time out. If you like to troll then give them a try.
