I found this item to be of poor quality breaking the first and the second acquired via return of the first in the same area on the hinge. I like the idea and the design isn't a bad concept, it however does not seem to be rugged enough to handle extensive use. Neither parts were able t make it past a few shots from the gun they were mounted to (.300 RUM) due to the poor quality of plastic. May be perfectly adequate for a very small caliber rifle, but not for anything larger then .243 in my opinion.

Easy to install, and a nice smooth EZ pull on the trigger. I tried it at the range today, thought it might be a little awkward, but no problem. I couldn't be happier with it. Does exactly what its supposed to do !!

I purchased the .595 trigger assist for my H&R Topper model 12 ga.shot gun.When I recieved it the other day it would not fit on the trigger guard so I used my dremel to adjust the trigger guard which took like 2 minutes and now it fits perfect.I couldnt be more pleased with this product it makes a world of difference in the trigger pull I reccomend this product to any one who would like a smoother lighter trigger pull on ther firearms.

It does what they claim

I think I would spend the extra money and buy the universal model. My trigger guard measured .593 inches, so I bought the model that fits .595 and smaller. It wouldn't sit on the trigger guard until I did some very light filing. once i got it attached it worked wonders on the trigger pull. It did what they claim and more. I feel that it reduced the pull by 60-65 percent. It is very simple and easy to put on and change from gun to gun. I see one potential problem that might arise if your hunting in the winter. Wearing really thick bulky gloves, you will have trouble getting your finger inside the trigger guard. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the fact that it didn't fit my trigger guard as they advertised. I would recommend trying this before you throw down a hundred or more for a trigger assembly.
