Good Product
Date:
Just about every Summit product I have purchased has been a good buy. I use this on my two Summit climbers. It is tough and durable. I use a propane torch to shrink the tube to my cables. I would not suggest this technique to a novice. Do not let the flame touch the tube and keep flame moving slowly and it creates a tight fit. If the old tube on the section of cable that contacts the tree is not damaged, I only remove the old, damaged tube that fits inside the treestand braces. This way the cable now has a double thickness tube contacting the tree.

Not as good as the original gray shrink tubing!
Date:
After only 5 times out hunting the shrink tubing is already worn through to the metal cable. It isn't as durable as the original stuff that came on the Summit tree stands a couple of years ago.
