Summit Fastback Safety Harness

Lightweight and tangle-free, this innovative harness is quick and easy to put on – even in the dark. Wear it under or over your hunting clothes. Either way it will keep you comfortably safe while climbing into and out of your stand and while you’re hunting. The leg and waist buckles allow for quick and positive hookups. All D-rings and leg buckles are rubber-coated to prevent game-spooking noise. Straps are configured to prevent groin injury in the event of a fall. Includes lineman-style safety rope with prussic knot. Tether strap includes breakaways to absorb the shock of a fall. Tested to TMA standards.
Weight capacity: 300 lbs.

Fastback Harnesses are sized very large

Large is very big. 6'2" 220 lbs 36-38 "variable" waist. Had the Large (36-44 waist) tightened to capacity and it was still 3" away from my waist. When hanging it felt as though I could slip my head out of the back of the straps. Attended NBEF class and demo'd harnesses of different sizes. There was no doubt the medium was a better fit (whose waist size is 28-35) and still have a good length of belt remaining to make adjustments with clothing, waistline, etc. Exchanged for medium with no second thoughts.

I have used this safety harness for 1 season bowhunting. I live in the south and the weather is very warm in October. The vest type harnesses are too hot. This vest is lightweight and does not tangle. What I like most about vest is there is no chest strap to interfere with bow string.
